Fantastisch An excellent place for our visit to the city, with fantastic transport access from the airport.
A warm welcome from the staff of all departments.
Very clean room and hotel throughout with great facilities.
Wonderful breakfast options to satisfy most.
All in all, a great choice far all.

Staff friendly and helpful providing recommendations with local places to eat and see. Great breakfast before starting the day. Clean quiet rooms. Loved the close proximity to the tram stop that takes you right into Edinburgh. Literally less than 5 minute walk.

Stayed as a base for Edinburgh...could have been closer to the city but trams provided good connections.
Not a huge choice of hot breakfast items especially eggs, but that said nobody went hungry.
Room was clean but corridor carpet on ground floor had big stain - looked like tipped bleach.
Shower was rubbish but bathroom very clean as were public toilets on the ground floor.
Think parking should be less as £11 for 24 hours could get pricey. Make sure you get a code to park or it's £22!!
