Staff very helpful with luggage. At check in, could have been upfront above cost of continental breakfast Cost not include. Expensive considering offerings

centrally located. a little bit loud at night. nice A/C. very friendly staff. simple and clean.

Amazing boutique hotel. Traditionally European. Staff was amazing with luggage transfer on the pedestrian streets. Location is middle of the tourist area. Mijo is amazing.

Very nice room, but in the hotel's Annex on the third floor with no elevator. The hotel's picture on Expedia is misleading as it makes it look like the hotel is on the Riva which is is NOT. Also, if you are in the Annex, as noted you are up and down the stairs with no elevator. Luckily, hotel staff lugged my bag up on arrival and down on departure. And the Annex opens onto a nice quiet square and is two minutes' walk form the RIva.

Clean room. Windows are very good at soundproofing. If you open them, you will hear the big difference as it is noisy in the area. Staff was helpful, especially the luggage guy. They can supply an offsite parking at a cost. It is 800m away and a bit up the hill. Still, it is quite convenient as parking is hell in that area.

Tucked away in a little alley, the location is amazing, rooms feel fresh, new and very clean. Perfect for our short stay in Split!

Hotel ideally situated in the old town and just a minute walk from the Riva or shops and historic sites in the opposite direction. Staff helpful and spoke English. The hotel quaint and built within the old walled structure. I must compliment the hotel for the table top ironing board and iron, something not normally supplied even in the most upmarket and branded hotels and a nice touch and thanks for the complimentary bottle of wine on arrival. Worth the cost and would visit again and recommend to others.

Great cozy room in the heart of old town. Made walking to all the restaurants and shops super easy.

The room was great and the staff very helpful. We loved the location: on the edge of old town and facing the sea. The area around the hotel is very lively but once you close the windows the room was very quiet. There are quite a few steps to get to the room. Not an issue for us. But if climbing stairs is an issue then be aware. We would stay here again if we return to Split!
