Rented 3 rooms and they all smelled of smoke. Heater was still on in April so it was hard to sleep at night with a small window crack. Mattress was thin and hard. Bathroom and shower were nice but there is a weird step to each room that we kept stubbing our toes on. Kinda odd. In room 507 the lights flicker all night long even after we turned them off. It was funny until it wasn’t….

Hotel intro was good value for money as we got it at a discounted rate. Great location to popular spots and easy to access buses from.
Noise carried through rooms and from outside easily but i put earplugs in and it was fine.
It was hard to communicate with hotel prior to check in, couldn't find an email address and response through Expedia was pretty lacking.

We had a great stay! My only request is more large towels and more toiletries when there are 4 guests for a 3 night stay. Other than that, everything was great!

Overall very nice experience
Just one issue with our room, the shower leaked while in use and water almost went outside of the bathroom area. Next room was great no issues!
