Horrible experience, denied my reservation. Booked a room for my Son as he arrived in San Jose Airport from boot camp, the plan was for him to shower an unwind from his trip until I could get to San Jose, 6 hours away. Well they denied his check in as he is 19 years old about to be 20, due to their "strict" policy needing to be 21. Staff was not helpful as they did not care that he had nowhere to go and was left stranded and refuse to refund money. How absurd it is to be able to sign up to serve our country at 18 years old but cannot check in to a room at 19. Unbelievable, do better.

Super clean room, bed was super comfy no funky smell, room very spacious, plenty of bath towels, toiletries were a plus, parking is very easy right infront of check in office, fast and easy check in process, breakfast was the best Ive had in a hotel. many options for breakfast. will definetely stay here again when in San Jose.

We attended the annual Greek Festival in San Jose, and chose this hotel, since it was relatively close to the venue. It was easy to find, and parking, during our stay was plentiful. We had reservations, making the check in process super easy and quick. The gentleman behind the counter was courteous, friendly, and very helpful. We even brought extra pillows to our room when we asked for them.
The room was roomy, comfortable, clean, and everything (tv, lights, outlets) were all in working order. Even though this hotel is located on a relatively busy street corner, our room was quiet. The beds were very comfy, the room was clean, as was the bathroom.
Breakfast was served down in the lobby, and consisted of waffles, potatoes, sausage, eggs, toast, and a small variety of breads, teas, coffee, and juices. Overall, it was quite good.
The quality of service was great, as was our breakfast. We were highly satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend staying here.

Room is clean and front desk staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast is amazing. Wifi is good. Wish they provided body wash instead of bar soap. Similarly, if safe was available, it would definitely be 10 out of 10.

Fantastisch This is a 3 story small hotel with a small pool close to a university and residential neighborhood. Full breakfast has those fun flipping waffle makers and many toppings. Home fried potatoes are thinly cut and they have a coffee brewer with several espresso variants
