Wonderful restaurant on site.

We always choose to stay here when traveling up for medical appointments. Rooms are clean & comfortable. Staff is friendly, helpful & professional.

I would give Carson Inn 3 stars. Overall, the hotel wasn’t anything to write home about, but it did what we needed it to do. The room itself was clean and appeared to be well maintained. My biggest issue was that I accidentally booked a smoking room through Expedia. I completely take responsibility for not catching it during the booking process, which is why I’m giving 3 stars instead of 1. However, I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels over the years, and this is the first time I’ve ever accidentally booked a smoking room. Typically, non-smoking is the standard unless you specifically request otherwise, so I think the booking interface could do a better job of making that choice more obvious. Unfortunately, the smoking room was extremely difficult for us. The smell was overwhelming, and I ended up with a sore throat that lasted for the next couple of days. We actually left around 4:00 a.m. because we just couldn’t sleep comfortably in the room. I do think my experience would have been much different had I booked a non-smoking room. In fact, we’ll be staying here again, and this time I’ll be sure to reserve a non-smoking room. I’m hoping that experience is much better, and if it is, I’ll happily update my review. As of now, though, based on this stay, I would give the hotel 3 stars.

Great visit! The staff was very helpful and the room was clean and very spacious. We will definitely stay here again.

The room was clean, but we were so disappointed by the view which was only the roof & equipment.

Clean, updated rooms and friendly staff.

The hotel was great, easy parking, but the room had a small compartment in the bathroom that made a constant clicking sound every 10-15 minutes. Hence, we were not able to sleep very well at all.

The place is wonderful.

$5 double deck blackjack is great! Staff was very helpful and efficient!
