Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, my only real complaint would be about the other residents. Not one showed consideration for anyone else, and thumped their way up the stairs and then slammed their room doors. This occurred at all hours, and found it very irritating.

Ideal as a HMO for down and outs. Very outdated decor, including furniture that should have been thrown out in the seventies. The windows do not shut properly, single glazing, so you could hear the crackheads arguing on the green opposite. Very narrow staircase, which was a struggle with large suitcases and no lift. No bar or restaurant facilities.
The room had a lightshade missing from one bedside lamp, a loose toilet seat and chips missing from the shower floor.
The only plus side is that it was only 1 minute from the seafront.
Would I go there again? Not a chance.

Unterdurchschnittlich Room was in desperate need of decorating, needed new window frames.
En suite miniscule, nowhere to hang towel or clothes.
Towels very thin and with holes.
The room was warm and bed linen clean.

Lots of great dining and food options, which was just a few moments away. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Close to the sea and pier alongside the centre of town.
