The room was clean, and the staff were friendly, but the mattress was the hardest mattress I've ever slept on, and the building was a bit shabby. The bathroom of our suite smelled like it had been smoked in as well. There are also not laundry services as advertised on Expedia.

We stayed at Familia Hotel. It was really pleasant stay there as the hotel staff were very friendly, felt like family presense. They took care of us both, they did the extra mile to please us. The cleanliness was exceptional and wish there were many hotels like this one! Loved staying there. Highly recommended A+++

공항버스 정류장이 바로 앞에 있고, 저렴한 가격에 비해 시설이 훌륭하고 바다도 보이고 카운터 분들도 친절하십니다. ICC까지 버스로 금방이고 날씨 좋으면 산책삼아 걸어갈만 합니다. 한 가지 단점은 차가 없으면 관광지까지 교통이 불편하다는 건데 저는 관광을 별로 안 해서 큰 상관 없었습니다!

Like the bright and clean room with sea view. The only setback is the bathroom light will auto-switch after 20-30 minutes, therefore if you're having a long shower, you have to call your roommate to on the light for you again when the bathroom is blackout :(

Fantastisch Familia Hotel Jeju has very good staff willing to assist travellers on their queries and enquiries. This is my second time staying with them and I am sure I will be back for more.

Fantastisch Jaock (front staff) was extremely helpful and ensured our stay was pleasant and enjoyable. She was very understanding and really looked after us, given it was our first time in Jeju. Five stars for service!

Fantastisch I had a great time staying at this fantastic hotel. The location of this hotel is strategic, the bus stop is just down the junction. The facilities in the hotel is good. They speak English, so you don't have to worry about language. The hotel owner and staffs are very helpful, and treat their guests really well. I would recommend this hotel and would love to return for my next trips in future.
