The Antico hotel is lovely. The rooms were comfortable and well designed. The staff was exceptionally helpful as I am traveling alone needed guidance. The breakfast was very good
I used the spa and could relax for an hour
I had great difficulty finding the hotel and needed help to locate and bring suitcases over difficult paths. Perhaps the hotel could send information to guests about the difficulty to be reached. On leaving the staff made arrangements to carry suitcases to a taxi
I enjoyed visiting a one of a kind city. The tours very good and excellent restaurants

The parking lot is a litter far from the hotel, but the staff help us with the luggage for a fee, the room was big and beautiful

The room was small but beautiful, spotless and had everything I needed. I had gotten lost and couldn't find the place. Messaged them and they sent someone to help me get there. The breakfast was good, well supplied. They allowed me to leave my luggage through the day after check out. It is right in the center of the town, right where you want to be. Be aware that there are steps up and down (as in the whole center of the city) when you check in and out.
The staff is very amicable and helpful.

Clean room. Staff was very friendly and polite. Would have liked for more of the room lights to have worked.

It was an amazing location right in the centre of the old town. Very beautiful and quiet. Many steps involved but it was high up so less than other places and if you are going to Matera, you need to be good with steps. Wish we’d stayed 2-3 nights.
