Euphoria hotel made my trip complete!! Having a smaller hotel with such a wonderful staff made the difference. Every time you come or go, the valet “Ital” greets you with a genuine smile of happiness. Then you walk in and you have “Angel” at the receptionist whom makes time to learn your name and help you navigate all my touristy questions. You sleep in a clean room and every morning your breakfast is cooked to perfection and overseen by “Widi”. It’s obvious that people of Bali are nice and it all starts here. The hotel is walking distance from all kinds of good food and just minutes from everything you could ask for. Being central to all the shopping and tours makes it easy to navigate, but the people here make it so easy to enjoy the best of Bali. To make the trip complete, take a 5 min ride to “Uncle Bob’s Bar”

This hotel is well situated, all amenities are all around. It's a nice cool place for people who want to relax & enjoy their holidays.

Gut Hotel is further away from the beachfront than thought and is catering mostly for domestic and Asian tourist. Hotel staff, with the exception of one staff member, are courteous and helpful were possible.

Fantastisch The hotel was charming and the room was always immaculately clean. Everything in Kuta is within a short walk.

Unterdurchschnittlich Breakfast was disgusting, no one speaks English, house keeping didn’t clean room properly, bed sheets were either ripped or stained, bed sheets were not even big enough for the bed and I kept waking up in the morning to find sheets were on the floor.
For a country that relies so heavily on tourism, this hotel sucks for the industry. Would not recommend to anyone.
