Second time staying here. Absolutely love the view and the beach of this hotel. Definitely worth travelling a bit further out to get this experience. Staff were incredibly helpful and remembered me from my last stay, having my room ready before I even arrived. Will definitely stay again. My only complaint is the food at this resort, although I've heard the wood fired pizza is excellent, it wasn't available during my stay.

Generally all good, except for the WiFi - which was very intermittent... On/Off/On/Off/On/Off and I had 2 usernames and passwords. I was told it was a supplier issue, which given the WiFi works perfectly well in the reception/lobby area - doesn't strike me as true. I think the resort needs to up its game with the WiFi equipment to the resorts and/or increase the wifi bandwidth available to guests. Nice big, clean rooms, with balcony/chairs/table/ Good a/c, toilet, hot shower and luxury of luxuries a bath (not enough hot water for that - so used a kettle). Very comfortable beds/pillows, 2 desks (!), walk in wardrobe, fridge. TV, not internet, but with just enough channels. Sofa. Good lighting. Free shuttle service into town is a great feature and the pool area is rather good. Breakfast is OK for most tastes and the restaurant food is very good (recommend the cheesecakes). Unusually for Borneo, the resort beach is pretty clean. Overall: impressed, but fix the WiFi PDQ.

Mostly all good. Large spacious and well equipped rooms, TV (not internet), fridge, 2 x desks, kettle/tea/coffee, bath, shower, WC, large bed, balcony with furniture and garden view. Sofa, walk in wardrobe. Nice coated tile floors. Quiet. Good lighting. The only issue is the WiFi. It works well in the hotel reception lobby, but it's definitely intermittent in the rooms, ie on / off. Even using multiple usernames and passwords doesn't really help. Loads of parking. The food is great in the restaurant. Free breakfast is certainly adequate for Western & Local Guests. Great cheesecake! Staff very helpful & there's a free shuttle service to/from Labuan town several times a day. There are excursions and other activities available. Swimming pool area looks great. There's a bar and American pool table area. Beach is very clean and suitable for families. Apart from the wi-fi, no complaints.

While the hotel is already run down, house keeping services were good to compliment our stay. The smell of the room was damp as if it was not occupied by customer quite a while. I had to spray some air freshener before I could breath comfortably. Breakfast spread could be much better with more variety of food to keep up with the 'resort' standard.

Hotel Staff was very courteous and provided excellent service most of the time. There were some occurrences during lunch when staff appeared overwhelmed. Room was kept clean and was serviced regularly. nice room accommodations. Internet however did have some problems, especially in the rooms, making work somewhat challenging on occasions. pool was a nice change, however, would recommend trying to keep this open later on certain days. 7PM seems extremely early for the area, especially on weekends.

Breakfast was decent, not the best. Overall attraction is the beach. Room was bigger but then looks outdated. Furniture wise looks old and woody.

This was a solo trip for five days to relax. First off the hotel is in a very remote area of the island, but it is absolutely beautiful. There are no solo excursions, and it was more difficult to get back to the mainland to do any of the tours. The view from my apartment was absolutely breathtaking. The beach was beautiful and they raked it every day, but they pushed all of the debris that washed up on the beach to the end of it instead of cleaning it up ☹️They had a free shuttle service that would take you to town at certain times of the day, which is very convenient and nice. The island itself is Judy free so I picked up some alcohol and chocolate for very cheap prices. If the hotel spent a little bit of money and updated, really thoroughly cleaned everything,And added some excursions or tours offered through the hotel, it could be one of the most amazing resorts in Southeast Asia. Overall it was a decent relaxing vacation!

I was really shocked when I entered the room. The window blinds were some broken and some don't close completely. Luckily I got 2nd floor room. The bed sheets also had a lot of yellowish stains. Surely won't come here again.

Overall was great, with the view and the facilities but I would appreciate very much if they can clean the room thoroughly. Just a constructive feedback from me :)
