WOW! This is an incredible place to stay. Not only a beautiful location, but the level of hospitality here is top-tier. They greet you upon arrival and show you to your room. Offer to help with EVERYTHING! It is truly an experience unlike any other resort/hotel I have stayed at. You truly feel cared about and valued. Food is amazing in the Heirloom room, and service is just as amazing. Sitting out on our patio (overlooking the river) and reading was my favorite. Listening to the water was peaceful and relaxing. Even when it was time to say goodbye, the staff wanted to say goodbye and offer their gratitude for us staying there. I would stay here over and over if I could! Stay here; you will not regret a minute of it! Thank you again for an unforgettable stay!

This hotel is absolutely stunning! The staff were very helpful and it was nice to enjoy some quiet away from the main downtown core of Gatlinburg. We can’t wait to come back soon!

Excellent weekend stay. Property is well located to enjoy all of the activities Gatlinburg has to offer, but removed from the overly crowded area so you have peace and quiet in the evening. Balcony overlooking the Little Pigeon River provided a welcome respite from the heat of the day. Property is well maintained. Friendly, helpful staff. Very accomodating for my companionndog. Will definitely be back.

Great room and location.

Fantastic!! Loved the balcony on the water the room was spacious and getting in and out with a door code made it a breeze not to keep up with a key. The breakfast was over the top delicious the French toast, blueberry pancakes and coffee was outstanding!! The dinner was even better, hats off to their chef hang on to these people and don't ever let them go!! Stephanie the bartender made us feel extremely welcomed and man can she whip up some fantastic drinks. Mandie was new and she provides outstanding service. Mr. Keith was an exceptional welcome to the property. The only two things I would add/change is WATER in the room. That was a downer, but we managed ourselves. Also parking, is a nightmare space 103 is impossible to get into and getting out was even worse. Great property we will be back in April 2027!

Great property on the creek. Cute and clean rooms. Loved the vibe. Dinner at the restaurant was good. Definitely recommend.

We never stayed there. On our way we checked their website for the reservation, and it came up 3 times ‘ no matches’.

This boutique hotel was adorable! The water view was fantastic. The room was adorably decorated. The restaurant on site had a great breakfast. The staff was super friendly. We loved staying here and would definitely come back again!
