Make sure you read the proper direction on how to enter the property before showing up. I was under the impression that there will be concierge and there is no one there. The room itself is very tidy. The location is perfect. There are so many restaurants around. Be aware that there is an additional charge for tourist tax.

Great location
Was nervous at first from the looks of the outside , but was a safe spot.
Friend left a few things in room. And was told they were not actually there. That part was disappointing

Easy to access, very close to several of our destinations. Coffee machine a little unpredictable. Breakfast food was nice and convenient.

Would have liked better breakfast options but the host was incredibly helpful with getting us a shuttle to the airport and was very responsive to all communication. I would stay here again! The location is great

This was a great place to stay while in the Vatican City. It was a very short walk to the Vatican Museum. It was an easy check in even after hours, I just needed to call their phone number and they quickly checked me in and explained where everything was. I also appreciated that I could leave my bag during the day to go explore. Staff were very helpful. I would highly recommnend. :)
