Fantastisch The property was in a perfect location, close to shops ,restaurants and metro stations.
The area was quiet at night time and our accomodation had all we needed.

Fantastisch This was such a cute place to stay in. I love that there is a little kitchen, I found this useful because I didn’t want to eat out every day. This was also walking distance to many things I wanted to see. Public transportation options are also close by.
The only thing I would say this place needs is a new AC and a new couch bed. The AC kept blowing warm air, so I would turn it off and open the window, to give it a break. The couch bed was also uncomfortable so I ended up sleeping on it in its couch form which was much more comfortable.
But overall it was a great stay! I would stay here again!

Excellent rapport qualité prix. Emplacement idéal près de plusieurs stations de métro. Supermarchés et restaurants à proximité. Entrée autonome via code envoyé la veille du check-in. Appartement petit mais complet. Famille 2 adultes et 2 enfants pour 2 nuits.

Trying to find your room was not a simple process. Labeling was unclear and poorly done. Be prepared the stairs are steep, not level, and difficult to maneuver on, especially with luggage.
The room was unique. Really enjoyed the atmosphere.
WiFi was spotty at best. Each section at its own WiFi labeled by letters. None of the letter for our area showed up. There was a guide to log into different WiFi letters. The guide was not accurate. Was able to reach the host and eventually got WiFi, but it cut in and out our entire stay.
Since the rooms have laundry machines , I would recommend washing the towels as soon as you arrive. Ours smelled like smoke. We requested replacement. The once that were brought also smelled like smoke. The person that brought the towels started arguing they didn’t smell like smoke. My guess is they smoke or live with a smoker and are nose blind.
Yes there is a fair amount of negative, but all things the host can fix.
This is a great area to stay in at a good price.

Location was great. The common are was very cool. The room and patio of our unit was okay. It lacked flowing air on the patio with one window. It was unfortunately very hot in Paris when we were there. With no AC, the unit heated up to 30 c on our gauge. There were fans but it was minimal help. The upstairs was tight with low ceiling.
The biggest gripe we had was the overall cleanliness. It was dirty on the floor under the beds and mouse dripping in the hideaway couch. Paris is an old city and we understand but these area need to be tended to often to be good.
The combined washer/dryer combo washed well but did not dry despite setting it correctly multiple times. Good thing there is a laundromat just down the lane where I finished drying.
It’s a cute place but not finished well. It could be a lot better. Great location which makes up for alot.

Rooms were large and spacious. Laundry was in room which was amazing. Kitchen was more than adequate. We happened to go during the heat wave and there was no air conditioning (which is technically my fault as I thought it said it had it). They gave us a small fan. The nights were pretty unbearable but that is not due to the place itself. The location was nice, safe and friendly. There were plenty of other families present. It is a loud area and you could hear all the neighbors including the TV at 0200 next door. Far from public transportation so plan on taxis or long walks, which may be difficult which small children. It was a good place to stay, but I wouldn't recommend in the summer. During cool temperatures this place is probably nearly perfect.

A well-equipped, cosy place with all the amenities we needed. We decided to walk to the main attractions and enjoyed the location and ample facilities nearby. A safe area.

The neighborhood was fantastic. Tons of restaurants and shop. Walking distance from all the major land marks the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, Champs Elysees etc. It was lovely walking around late at night and felling safe. The entrance was wisemical with the plants, the walkway that light as you walk. The room was small. Smaller then in the picture. Its was clean. And the bed was comfortable. It was perfect for a 4 day trip.
