It was a great property, spacious room, right at the center of the city, amazing breakfast choices.
Checking in: if driving, to get to the entrance you would have make a prohibited turn - which is OK for a brief moment. But that took us three runs around to get courage :)

Great property but the noise and traffic are horrible. Drunk people puking in the street. The city of Thessaloniki has the most cramped roads and lack of parking I have ever seen. Drove around for an hour to find a garage far from the hotel.

Suite hotel in great location for visiting Thessaloniki, close to the centre, shopping and lots of restaurants. We had a great room for 3, large and very comfortable. The breakfast was very good, lots of variety. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

This review is based only on what I consider to be terrible customer service.
Unfortunately, we were unable to visit the hotel for to COVID, but the hotel took full payment and didn’t even acknowledge two polite emails that explained our situation. Appalling treatment of customers and sheer greed under the circumstances.
