parking off site can be a little hectic, but doable. Staff were all pleasant and very helpful.

The location was ideal. We stayed in three places in Madeira and this was our favourite. The hotel rooms and bathrooms are quite small. Bed was very comfortable and air conditioning worked well. We had a deluxe room with balcony overlooking the bay which was nice. Breakfast was good and is served on the roof so you can enjoy the view. Parking is nearby at a busy public lot. Guys hang out there to assist you in finding a spot. Just have to be patient and give them a tip!

We had a really wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The room was immaculate and the daily room service kept it so throughout our stay. All of the staff were very kind and helpful. The view from the bedroom across the bay was beautiful.

The Hotel and staff were really charming. Location excellent and enjoyed sitting outside with a drink watching the tourists having their picture taken with ‘Winston’ buzzy little town with good connections to Funchal.
Will happily come back.

Fantastisch We stayed for a week in January at Churchill Bay. From check-in on the service was excellent, rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the hotel is in a lovely location right on the seafront.

The breakfast was excellent. Great variety. We enjoyed our breakfast wuth the wonderful veiw.
The staff were amazing, helpful and always with a smile.
The location was stunning. We did lots of walking in the area. Easy access to buses to explore the island. Lots of lovely restaurants.
We would highly recommend.
Will definitely go back.

Grossartig The location of the hotel is stunning. Rooms are lovely and spacious as well as modern.
Breakfast was satisfactory and also we ate at the restaurant two evenings and the food was very tasty! All in all a great stay and we could come back!
