Great location near restaurants and a nice mall.
The property looks like a country club from the outside, with a spacious lobby and a bar/coffee bar.
The staff was friendly when we arrived early. They took our name and said they'd alert us when the room was ready.
After lunch, our room still wasn't ready at 3:40. The staff wasn't sure when it would be, so we left again. Ten minutes later, we got a text that our room was ready. It would have been easier to ask us to wait in the lobby for 10-20 minutes, but they made it seem it would be a while longer. The process was confusing.
The outside is impressive, but the rooms are outdated and small. Our A/C leaked, causing a puddle. Staff responded quickly—an engineer fixed it, and we were offered a new room.
Overall, it's an OK hotel. I expected more given how beautiful the property is, but the staff was nice.
The location is great, but we’d choose another hotel next time.
