We enjoyed our stay and the room overall. The room was good and it will had a great location. A word of caution: room service and parking are quite expensive

The property was decent, and the parking garage was literally next to the Hotel. The smell from outside was not roses though.

I've stayed in several spots in Savannah over the years, but this will be the only spot I stay at from now on! This is the perfect Downtown location, convenient to everything - parking, shopping, dining, arts, all of it! The room was huge, the bed comfortable, and they even had free treats at the mini bar. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer to take advantage of all the property had to offer. We are already planning a trip back, in part to stay here again. One plus for us is there are options of adjoining rooms so we will be able to come with the family.

I had the suite with the soaking tub. Everything was phenomenal! Very clean, great location, friendly staff. I will definitely return.

The hotel was very nice. Great location.

Hair dryer

We only had an overnight stay, but it was wonderful. The room and lobby were very nice, the staff was very friendly, and the amenities were great. The location was great, as well.

Overall, I had a great stay. The hotel is in an excellent location and within walking distance of just about everything you could need, including restaurants, bars, and convenience stores. I also appreciated the small kitchenette in the room—it was perfect for preparing a quick meal if needed. The pool and amenities were some of the best parts of the property. Having filtered water available throughout the hotel was a nice touch, and the bar service was excellent. The only downside was the customer service during check-in. The staff member assisting me came across as rushed and unfriendly. I noticed that my stay included a complimentary drink, so I asked if I would redeem it at the bar. She replied, “No, you’ll get it here at the desk. We have two choices—what do you want?” The interaction felt abrupt and unwelcoming, so I decided to pass on the drink. It also looked like the drinks had been sitting out for quite some time, which didn’t make them very appealing. Aside from the disappointing check-in experience, everything else about the hotel was excellent, and I would consider staying here again.

absolutely like the staff at check in

It was okay. Clean, doable. Nothing extravagant
