The property is well maintained and overall clean and tidy. The beach is a private section of beach, shared with a few other hotels, which is also nice however the sand is pretty rough on the the feet (nothing the Hotel can do about that).
The staff are very polite and accommodating, big shout out to Max & Zidan from the beach bar/ Panali restaurant; extremely friendly and very helpful!
The room, which we had was a Premium Ocean Pool Suite (room 222), was very well maintained and looked after with a beautiful view of the Ocean, albeit it there was another row of suites in front but not obstructing the view.
All in all it was a very nice hotel and one that I would visit again should I return to Koh Samui.
