Absolutely no complaints about this property. Everything was excellent, clean, and modern. Though it is not a pretty neighborhood in Florence, the location is super convenient, with walking distance from the train station and a light rail line right outside and bus stops within a block.

The Biden of the hotel was the pool which made up for the location . The gym was disappointing and spa facilities really nice. With the exception of reception staff were lovely . Photos slightly misleading no city view or roof top seating . Be prepared to walk to the centre about 10-15 minutes , make sure you get a room overlooking the pool . We had a lovely stay

The room was nice and clean. However what was disappointing was that the hotel does not allow you to iron your own clothes and instead tries to charge you €5 per item for them to do it. Also the bathroom toiletries were not re-stocked. The location is good close to the station and 10-15 minutes walk from the main sites

The property location was great! The amenities were very nice, the pool was cool for the hot weather, the hot tub perfect for my husbands bad back, the breakfasts were wonderful, and the staff very nice and helpful. I would stay again.

Great location and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel is just an 8-minute walk to the train station, making it very convenient to travel to other cities. From Florence Airport, it’s only an 18-minute tram ride, with the stop right in front of the hotel. The terrace was a highlight—perfect for relaxing and enjoying beautiful city views and sunsets. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend it to others.

So the rooms were fine, I liked the shower, they upgraded us, but that took away the tub (hense the shower). There were people outside our window doing drugs across the street and they stuck us next to the metro line so it was very noisy. I booked this hotel so I could do the cold plunge (I have RA) but there was not one.. or so I thought. I later discovered they turned it to the massage room... the massage was priced ok but it was not great massage. It was very weak and almost awkward. They do not offer free water to their guests. You have to buy little waters for 2.5 euro. So go to the store around the corner and spend 3 for a big one. Also they do charge taxes at the hotel. We didnt eat breakfast there cause I felt it was overpriced so we just got food in the square. Really close to the main train station which was very convenient. Also I went in winter and it was very hot in the hotel. It was over priced in my opinion, and wouldn't stay there again but it was fine for my first time in florence.

Staff very friendly

Room was lovely. Staff really helpful and friendly. Spa was a little disappointing . Jacuzzi needed to be a little warmer and the indoor pool was tiny. Otherwise highly recommend this hotel
