Older property with spacious rooms, overall its clean but the bath had mould stains throughout the silicone around the edge. Reverse cycle heating was appreciated in Ballarat and the motel is walking distance was shops and restaurants.

Parking off the street was great although manoeuvring into tight park surrounded by pylons was extremely difficult. Would of been great to have cutlery and drinking glasses, otherwise the room was clean and warm. Staff were very friendly and accomodating, was an excellent position close to shops and medical facilities for appointment the following day.
Would stay again.

Easy to access from multiple directions, this motel is very good value for money. Onsite parking and walking distance to good pubs and wine bars. Quite spacious rooms and good water pressure. Plenty of table and bench space for the business traveler.

Value for Money. Reception staff was very helpful as I was checking in around 04:30 AM Morning and they have given details instruction on how to get into the room. Location was super comfort and close to all the amenities.
