Excellent location close to Arc of Triumph and restaurants. Outstanding staff. I will make this hotel my home when I come back to Paris. I really appreciate the staff hospitality.

Clean and attentive staff

Comfy room, great snacks at welcome and in room, the staff was very friendly and incredibly helpful!

Great location near the arc and metro. Many good food options near by. Friendly workers who recommended activities. Quaint, authentic, small and personable. Loved our stay and highly recommend The Elsa Hotel.

We booked this hotel to be near the main attractions and it did not disappoint. Before arriving, I was in touch with them to plan a surprise for my sister’s birthday and they took care of it - my sister was surprised and loved it all. It was the perfect beginning to a long weekend. All the staff were so pleasant and helpful. We were checked in by two ladies who were so sweet and funny, and then met Antony, who was the person I had been communicating with beforehand for the surprise. He had printed out a list of restaurant recommendations for us. The room was so lovely and had enough room - we did the deluxe and definitely had room for both our luggages and loved the deep tub. And the view from the window of the Arc de Triomphe made it even more special. Loved that they had a coffee machine, which prepared good coffee (these kinds of machines are everywhere in Paris) so having reliable coffee at any time was a great treat. They also had treats and snacks out throughout the day. There is a buffet breakfast, which we opted not to do, especially with great breakfast options literally steps away! It’s so close to everything yet not tourist central - it def was a local neighborhood and had that feel. And the hotel itself was unassuming from the outside and blends right into the neighborhood. We were so happy to find this gem and wouldn’t think twice to stay here again in the future. They really made our visit great!

The Elsa is a great 4 star boutique hotel. It is very convenient to the metro and 2 blocks from The Arc de Triomph. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good. We could not have asked for more.
