Very nice stay, little extras were nice!
The breakfast was wonderful one of best.
A reason I will not recommend or return was due to a luggage issue in which the not so nice lady at the front desk said I could not store it even though I paid for the room. All other hotels near this one allowed it for each day before the check-in time. I will choose those next year when I return & not recommend this hotel to my friends. It cost me more money than I expected to pay because she made me store my 1 bag at Central Station.

We enjoyed our stay here and we were in an area that was walkable to most of the things we had planned to visit.
The staff were great and the breakfast was delicious with a large variety of options even for special diets.

Lovely hotel in a brilliant location. The breakfast was beautiful.
The single room was quite small, but a total bargain for a pricey city (cheaper than an equivalent hotel in the UK).

Great location near the central station and shopping area. Comfortable rooms, though slightly noisy at times. The staff are amazing and very welcoming. They even recovered my phone after I left it behind! Exceptional service and very honest people.
