We had an amazing stay at Casa Carolina. The hotel is beautiful and our room was absolutely stunning! The pool on the rooftop provided a perfect place to relax and rest from the heat of the day. We received a free massage upon arrival and the quality of services was superb! The staff is welcoming and friendly. And the location is perfect to explore Cartagena. Highly recommend!!!

Beautiful hotel architecturally and very clean. One thing to note is the area is extremely loud with clubbing music until 3am and street performances during the morning/day and the hotel isn’t sound proof so was difficult to sleep at.

Casa Carolina was a wonderful experience. Set in an old house with a courtyard, the hotel offered two pools, a coffee shop, a bar and restaurant. The staff were extremely helpful from the front desk to the wait staff- all were friendly and willing to help with anything from a dinner suggestion to directions and transportation. We had breakfast included (can’t say this is included for all reservations) and it was delicious. The location in the old city was 2 blocks from the Clock Tower Gate. Would definitely stay there again!

Mediocre for the price. Excellent location but otherwise trying to be luxurious without getting the basics right. Coworking area downstairs and the focus is on Instagram. Staff entitled, expected enormous tip at the end of stay.

The perfect stay for our first visit to Colombia. Great location and super friendly staff (shout out to Frank). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are glad we picked this hotel to start off our trip. We had a great couples massage as well and the breakfast was very good. It was clear from the beginning that they truly care about their guests and want them to get the most out of their stay.

The room was comfortable and nice. There is a remodeling issue outside the window, but they hid it well
