My 9-year-old son and I stayed here. As soon as we arrived, with Le Charme's smart and modern frontage, my son was very pleased. The room was large, the beds comfy, the wifi consistent. My son loved the breakfast, and he enjoyed the on-site pool (although he would've preferred it had a diving board!). The pool is simple and the gardens around it well-maintained. Maybe in high season the pool area would feel packed but we always had it to ourselves. I loved the location of Le Charme too. Quite close to the Mekong and the night markets but set back a little from it. Le Charme is on a street with a lot of good food options and, as other reviews have said, the onsite Cafe Indochine is great. I think this hotel is a pretty good offering for its price point and I'd come back, and my son certainly would.

We enjoyed our stay at Le Charme, great location close to the night market and many great restaurants including the one in the hotel, good swimming pool, very helpful and friendly staff. Would recommend!

I didnt try the breakfast as it was buffet and im not a big breakfast eater. There are several good olaces nearby. Actually it a great location for everything.

The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. They booked my train tickets for me and arranged a taxi to the train station. The location was great, within walking distance of both night markets and close to coffee shops and eateries.

Friendly and above-all helpful staff really make this place. But the icing on the cake is the restaurant - that chef really knows what she's doing with oriental flavours. And booking through Expedia gets you a 25% discount on food - very much recommended.

Really lovely place, made extra special by the kind and helpful staff. They even had the best live music I heard in the whole of Vientiane

Transportation to and from the airport is convenient and easy - the staff are absolutely wonderful! I don’t think I have ever experienced a more polite, caring and service oriented team in a hotel. LeCharm meets all the criteria I look for in a hotel - clean, safe and in a convenient area.

Great hotel and location

Good location, close to the centre but in a reasonably quiet street. Rooms are a decent size, but a little dated and the mattress was very firm. Bathroom clean and well maintained. Pool area is lovely with shower, loungers and towels all provided. Staff were very nice, and let me use the pool after I checked out.
