This hotel is spotless, looks a little dated from the outside but really modern inside. The front desk staff were really nice. Gym is spot on, little table football downstairs for the kids, and a pool table upstairs, all free too. The restraunt is clean, although I didn't have di ner there. Breakfast was just what you expect, no complaints there. I do feel one of the staff members could come across more friendly, also heard another grouo say the same thing. You do feel a wee bit isolated where it's situated but if you look into it there's a small town on the way to bologna that we popped into on the Sunday as nowhere near by was open, we found an amaizing little pizza shop, doesn't look impressive from the outside but woowsers the pizza was banging you cam get the bus to bologna, very regular service and the bus always appears on time. Beware though o. Hiw to purchase tickets, we asked someone on the bus and tapped my card for a family of four, this isn't how it works. Ended up getting a 117 euro fine, extremely unlucky as the people who check your tickets aren't always on the bus. So make sure you use a different card for every traveler. We tried to explain it was an honest mistake. Any hoo hotel was great and would def stay again.

When we got to the hotel, we went to the hotel restaurant to eat dinner. There were only two attendants, and one guest sitting at a table plus we were sitting at our table; and the rest of the tables were unoccupied, so the room was pretty much empty. We ordered a vegetable pizza with drink plus a grill chicken (it was a slice of chicken cut into pices) but was over done and too costly) and baked potato (it was small potato, sliced like french fries, soaking in heavy oil and over salted, tasted terrible although we complained, th attendant insisted it was baked). The pizza was good but the chicken and potatoes tasted terrible. Our hotel oom was very small and the water easily got clogged up during the shower and flooded the whole bathroom floor when showering at night and in the morning. When calling front desk/reception, staff didn't pick up the phone. We couldn't control the temperature in the room, it was too warm so we couldn't comfortably sleep. Breakfast was included in our fees for the room. We were able to get our tea and coffee plus the food items about 30 minutes before 10 am. However, the attendant was upset when it was getting close to 10 am as she closed the main door of the breakfast/ dining room. She was very rude to us telling us to leave although we were still eating our breakfast at our table. We told her we are almost done but she was very unhappy about it. The breakfast room was pretty much empty with only a few guests occupying two tables.

The property is far from the old city so if you have car, this is not a problem. We knew this since we made the reservation. Parking is very good. The hotel is nice, the staff is very friendly and professional; the room was very good, comfy and clean.

The inside of the hotel was brand new, very clean and helpful staff. The outside was the definition of not judging a book by its cover, it was unkept, didn’t appear like a hotel at all and the entrance didn’t make sense but the opposite when we walked in. Would definitely stay again.
