Elevator was broken TV didnt work Wouldn't give us more than 2 towels total for 3 nights stayed Floors in the room were dirty Location was great but the hotel was a poorly maintained and run. The rooms and photos dont accurately reflect the state of the hotel and rooms. It was gross

Does NOT match the photos. Our room also did not have A/C. There was also a loud restaurant directly underneath our room. Good for a roof over your head and that’s about it. Staff was nice.

It’s a no frills, just a good roof to sleep under. Lady at the front was such a sweetie. If you don’t expect much , I’d say go for it. The ocean view was ok considering hotel is across the street.

When I booked this room I did read what everyone was saying about the AC not working properly. What I didn't know and nobody seemed to explain is that the entire AC unit is on a building "grid" so it can be lowered or raised. When we checked in we could have been easily told that our room may be "too cool" and just give us some blankets. No big deal. However, nothing was said and we froze too the point where we couldn't sleep. It was FREEZING. We did try to ask the front desk but they leave at around 11 or midnight or so. There is crabby pissed off security guard there who is so glued to his phone that he seriously will got pissed for asking him a question. Nobody will smile here. Trust me. You are just another tourist. 4am, no staff, 5am no staff. finally at 8pm we got blankets but then missed 1/2 a day of precious vacation time because of this debacle. Missing trips to the sites and on and on. We just wanted a blankets so we could sleep! The next day I realized they were arms length of the security guard was standing! The staff could seriously care less. Other stuff. The pictures make this room seem newly painted. Ha! its very dirty with sand in the sofa. The beds are so so at best. Its not all bad. The view is very nice. The room spacious bigger than what you would get for this price for beach front. Its just south of the main strip and the party noise is manageable. Great location. It has so much potential if only the staff gave a #%)&@ about any of that.

Perfect spot love the open space will stay there again

Our travel plans went sideways so we didn't arrive for our 1 night stay until bedtime and we had to leave before dawn so I didn't get to enjoy as planned but the hotel definately has old school Miami Beach vibes, was clean as a whistle and our room was clean and comfy. I hope to come back and try again.

Property it’s located it in a Great Location, however my room wasn’t ready and was told was booked for next day which wasn’t truth. Front desk was gone and a security guy helped with the confusion. Finally was giving a dirty room, air conditioning wasn’t working properly and never got an apology from the manager. Never again.
