When I was booking my stay, it said it had breakfast available but when I reached there was none. We had to dine out in a restaurant nearby. Hotel smells like weed, furniture/bedding was broken, dirty, and not well set. The only good thing I can about this place is that the water pressure of the shower was good. Other than that horrible stay.

The customer service was great they were very understanding and kind

Bugs in room, refrigerator. Had to change 3 rooms and still had cockroaches

Dog barked all night long

The staff was so lovely and patient. Everyone was helpful and kind. The rooms and facility were clean and everything was accessible. I love the remodels of the rooms.

Nice, clean and comfortable

After a long flight, we arrived only to be given a room that did NOT match what we booked on Expedia. The front desk first denied having the room, then changed the story and said it costs $125/night instead of the $70–80 listed online. No solution was provided. Customer service was useless. We were forced to leave while exhausted and upset. A refund does not fix the wasted time, effort, and ruined expectations. This is unacceptable and extremely poor hotel management. Terrible experience.

Wonderful stay

The staff there are absolutely horrible. I called 2x the day of our reservation and confirmed that we would have a king bed which i booked. We checked in and were given 2 double beds. I asked the front desk about this and was told that the rooms are already pre assigned and he wasnt going to do anything about it. When we checked out we spoke to a different manager who acknowledged the previous front desk persons treatment and admitted that person was leaving and clearly didnt want to do their job as they did have a king bed available. I called Expedia and they also called and spoke to the manager there who confirmed this info. The manager told Expedia they would refund my money as they did infant have the room I booked available the entire time. Now I am fighting with them again as they are now claiming they will not refund since we've already checked out. This place is terribly ran and I will never stay here again.

Unsure why a hotel would have a Roku setup on a TV with no working wifi. My room was clean, no complaints there but it does look run down on the outside. The staff was friendly, and my stay wasnt bad, just could’ve been better
