I know it's just a one night transit hotel. No one spends two nights there before catching a plane! But it was quirky, clean, very new and the rooms were quite small! We had dinner there which was a choice of a full cooked meal with several selections or choose your own cold cuts of meat and cheeses etc. There were desserts as well and an option to add a glass of wine. Later we went thru to the bar. It occupied an area in front of reception which was fine but then when you actually wanted a drink you had to chase up the guy running The Dinner. Sometimes he came, at other times the chef came to serve us. It worked very well and after 11 days in and around Porto we found it quite refreshing.
Breakfast - no we did not partake. It starts at 04.00 I think. We had to get up early enough as it was (06:30) to give us a running chance at clearing the EU's EES before our plane left. If the EES nightmare doesn't improve Very Rapidly we will not return to the EU...
