El hotel tiene buena ubicación, cerca de paradas de transporte. La recepción está bonita y limpia, el personal muy amable y servicial. La habitación estaba limpia y cómoda, el baño un poco pequeño y tiene balcón. El desayuno estuvo bueno.

The staff is very friendly specifically the owner, he is really attentive and a great host. The hotel is like 20 minutes walking to the center. It's a beautiful hotel with high ceilings and AC. The room was very small as well as the bathroom. We had a hard time taking the shower. Continental breakfast is included.

I wasn't happy with this stay at all. We have stayed at other hotels in northern Italy at this price point and we had much better experiences elsewhere. The room was so small and the double bed was pushed up against one wall and we weren't given any coffee at all in the room nor any face cloths. The room faced the front entrance and street and it was incredibly noisy. The only redeeming factor was the pillows. They were comfortable but the blankets were not. I wasn't happy with this stay. The front end staff were kind, though.

Unterdurchschnittlich The staff were nowhere to be seen at any point during my stay. There was no concierge service, no reception, no one to ask about anything or raise concerns with. If I’d known this I wouldn’t have booked this hotel!
The room was only cleaned once, not daily. The aircon was on full blast with no controls and no way to turn it off and the hair drier didn’t work.
