The room was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was a nice amenity.

The associate at the front desk called me at 4:30pm the day of check in to tell me that they don't have a room available for me that night. This was already past the 4:00pm check in time. I am traveling their from 4 states away. They said the manager earlier made a booking for me at their sister hotel the comfort inn down the road to accommodate my booking and I would be refunded. So not only did they not call me earlier to let me know about the situation. They waited until after check in to tell me that I was booked into a hotel that I would not feel safe staying in. Not a care in the world about anything else because "it is their policy for accommodation". Well I will never stay there ever again.

Check in was ok…. Property was underwhelming. Room was tepid. The bedroom AC limped along but the living area ac worked well so just kept the door open. The landscapers were there at 7am. Not ideal. Otherwise, not bad. I won’t stay again but for the money, not a bad option. Paying for parking, however, was absurd.

Bed was very comfy carpets and couches need an update. There were a bunch of guests using the grill and drinking a lot that were rowdy the night I was there. It fulfilled the need for a well located affordable place to stay and could use some updates

They had a clean room with staff who were kind. Their kitchen was stocked. We did have an issue with our room, so we called, but both times they put us on hold and hung up on us. So that wasn't pleasant. Besides that, parking was cheap, and it was all good.

Proximity to everything in the area.
