The views from the hotel of the Gulf of Naples were incredible. Could have sat on the balcony for days and looked out at them. The breakfast was also a highlight - the a'la carte menu was much appreciated, and dishes came out cooked as requested. We had a sea view from our room, and it did not disappoint. However, the room was clearly under the carpark or potentially the road, and in the evenings the noise from the road / cars was very evident. I guess this is the compromise for effectively building a hotel on a cliff! We recognised the issue after the first night, but as we were only there for a short stay (two nights) didn't think it was such a big issue to request a room change. Apart from the noise from above, the room itself was lovely, and had everything we needed. We very much enjoyed utilising the private path down and back to the marina, but recognise it is not for everyone if mobility is limited or steps are not your friend. Overall, would recommend this hotel. The view is insane, the staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast alone is worth staying the night.

Great luxury hotel and amazing staff, always available to make the holiday perfect

Very impressed with the cleanliness, the professionalism of the staff, and the view from our seaside balcony! We stayed here for our honeymoon and it felt extremely Romantic. The breakfast was top notch and the beach club was really great for breaking up the excursion days!

A beautiful property with stunning views. The staff were always very helpful and attentive. We enjoyed the included robes and slippers. Breakfast included fresh and well prepared products although it was a little restrictive. There was plenty available to start your day though. Overall a great place to stay.

Our stay was magnificent. Truly top-notch in so many ways. We appreciated how clean and comfortable the facilities were. Staff were the kindest and helpful I’ve had anywhere in the world. We especially enjoyed the pool and stairs down to the beach and marina where we ate several meals. The hotel restaurant was another highlight, especially the complimentary breakfast. We also joined for dinner which was elevated with exceptionally attentive and accommodating service. Two small negatives - water is provided sparingly, we wished there was an ability to fill up a cup or bottle ourselves as needed. Also, a couple moments seemed like the staff was too involved and we’d prefer slightly fewer touch points, but that’s just the kind of travelers we are. Finally, the views and balconies are divine and we opted to stay-in our final day instead of visiting Capri. We would return again and I would recommend to travelers who can afford it.

The Belair is one of he most gorgeous hotels we have stayed at. Our room had an amazing view of the Sorrento coast, the breakfast was fantastic and the service all around was indeed 5 stars. The location was just a short walk out of town, but I would recommend this location for your stay as it gives you the views as you sit higher above the coast.

We loved our honeymoon stay at Belair! The staff is so welcoming, they make you feel at home. Breakfast was one of the highlights: great selection (both buffet and à la carte menu), some delicious pastries. The hotel is a 15-20 minute walk away from the busy downtown area, so it feels more peaceful and calm. The views are unbeatable, the property is well maintained - highly recommend!

This hotel was a dreamy slice of paradise! Each staff member of the hotel and restaurant were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. The views and sunsets are stunning, and my room always felt cool and comfortable. It’s a short and easy walk into the town plaza for shopping and dining. I would be so lucky to come back to this special place!!!

We stayed 4 unforgettable nights at Hotel Belair in Sorrento, and the entire experience was absolutely unbelievable from beginning to end. Our room had one of the most breathtaking views we have ever experienced — overlooking the sea, the beautiful city on the high cliffs, and the magical coastline that felt like a dream every single morning and evening. The room itself was elegant, spotless, and beautifully decorated. The ceramic details throughout the hotel and rooms were absolutely stunning and added such an authentic Italian charm and luxury feel. The breakfast included with the room was truly exceptional — fresh, delicious, and with an incredible variety every morning. On our first night, we decided to have dinner at the hotel restaurant, and the food was so outstanding that we actually canceled reservations we had at other restaurants just so we could continue dining at the hotel. Every meal was excellent. What made our stay even more special was the incredible team. We want to especially thank Stephania and Maria at the front desk for their warmth, professionalism, and kindness throughout our stay. A special compliment also goes to Francesco and all of the wonderful ladies and assistants serving in the restaurant — the hospitality was first-class and genuinely heartfelt. This hotel delivers luxury, beauty, comfort, and service at the highest level. Yes, it is a pricey hotel, but if you can budget for it, it is absolutely worth every euro and truly one of the best.

What a lovely property! The staff is wonderful and so very helpful. We LOVED breakfast on our balcony each morning overlooking the beautiful sea. Our accommodations were lovely. This is a must stay property!!
