Pro’s: The location, how quiet the balcony was, the friendly smile we got at check in.
Con’s: The sink didn’t drain properly (asked the staff to fix it, they didn’t), the place was kindof clean at first glance -until you look in the corners and at the drinking glasses, the shower was small and in bumped my head getting into it, the air con kept turning off, the listing didn’t have an address (only a street name) so we had to call to ask where they were located specifically, the “reception” was always crowded with travelers and bags.
Overall it was just an irritating place to stay and we couldn’t wait to check out.

Check in was ok but that’s the best I can say. The floors squeaked terribly including upper and lower floors meaning late night and early morning movements of other guests disturbed us. The mirrored wardrobe door was smashed with out any protection to ourselves against injury, kitchen tap was loose and flopping all over the place when we tried to use it, kettle lid broken and did not switch of when boiling, only one toilet flush button worked, the mattress springs were so worn out to a point it had a mask e dip in it which left us enable to sleep all night. Generally the fixtures and fittings are all worn out and personally I would waste your money, look elsewhere and pay extra if need be.

Tatty, tired, heating on full all night with no way to turn it off and balcony door wouldn’t open so I had zero fresh air. TV signal was poor and kept switching off. I checked in on the later side and left early so there was no one on reception to report this too. Also woke up with a few bites on my shoulder which is concerning.
Conveniently located close to Liverpool St station. I didn’t find it noisy at all, shower was decent, but wouldn’t stay here again.

Very tired and could do with a lick of paint. All floor boards creak. Bathroom cabinet needs replacing. No where to hang wet bath towels.

Unterdurchschnittlich Check in - I was not asked for ID or proof of reservation. I could have been anyone asking about the reservation! Not convinced by the safety or security of the reservation.

Paid extra to stay in suite with balcony but views were of the building next to it . Door didn’t lock properly which had been mentioned on previous post . Few lights out and floorboards were really creaky would not have wanted to be in apartment beneath !!!

Close to Liverpool St Station and reasonable price, but a tired room in a tired property on top of shops/bars so noise was an issue. The aircon wasn't working so windows were open - meaning a wake up call at 5.30am from the binmen outside. Bedside lights and hairdryer didn't work.
You get what you pay for I guess......
