Th e Resort is beautiful, nice bars and restaurant and the marketplace is very convenient for everything you need.
our experience checking in on the 12th of June was not very welcoming. the front desk lady gives us the vibe that she did not care or smile or anything to make us feel wellcome,
we told her we were celebrating my birthday and asked for curtest upgrade, she give us a room with a parking view,( aka,, nice upgrade)
we also had issue with some charges that did not make sense and have reached out and was advised a manager by the name heather will call us,, its been 24 h and she has not reached out.
not very impressed by the staff at all.
