Could not have asked for better. We were lucky enough to be upgraded on arrival.
Lovely room, spotless, comfy bed and crisp linen. Great in room faciilites and great location.

Great little hotel just minutes from Paddington
No lift but friendly staff on hand to help carry the bags upstairs.
Room small and shower smaller but impeccably clean with fab towels and toiletries.
Will be back!

Clearly fake reviews on this place. NO location. The LOUDEST rooms ever. Good luck getting sleep. Not sure where the hell anyone would have ever said this was a good location because there it literally NOTHING around this hell hole of a hotel. FAKE REVIEWS. DO NOT STAY HERE! I have spent 40 years traveling for business globally and this was one of the worst experiences anywhere. Walk the hell away from whatever deal they offer. Not worth it.

Room was clean. Wish the hotel had more amenities and more of a proper lobby. Lots of stairs (no lift)

Gut Hotel is quite run down. With markings over walls and so bad in the room that you could see the plaster board. Was clean but certain amenities such as the kettle we couldn't use as so rusty. Pillows are super thin but overall was an okay stay for one night

Grossartig Got an upgrade, which was so appreciated . Location is perfect. Easy access to lots of different neighbourhoods. Rooms are dated. Front desk isn’t consistently staffed but the sister hotel of Westbourne Hyde Park is directly across the street. Once the car traffic dies down, it’s extremely quiet given how central it is. Local cafes and restos are convenient and good.
