While the view was beautiful from our room, I was not impressed with the resort. We booked for three people, but were informed of hidden expenses upon arrival. We didn't receive an overview of the amenities of the resort, nor were given a map or any information about the surrounding area. To top it off, the wifi in our room did not work and there was bird droppings on one of the bed sheets. While it was replaced when asked the dirty sheets were just left on the floor and there was no cleaning service in the morning.
Overall, I was disappointed with White Sands Resort.
