Le service était excellent , l’endroit magnifique

I am an event manager so traveling is a huge part of my job and this is hands down the best hotel I have ever had the pleasure of staying at. The hotel is excellent, the views are unreal and the staff was phenomenal. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this resort. 1000 out of 10! The rooms are stunning, the included breakfast was shockingly fantastic and everyone was so warm and accommodating. I will go back to Santorini someday simply to return to this hotel. If you're considering booking a stay here DO IT. Do not hesitate, I promise this will be the highlight of your trip. Truly the only negative I could even come up with is that going to and from Oia and Fira gets pricey so plan that into your budget but that is on any island. The only the suggestion I could even make would be if the hotel could set up a shuttle to and from Fira that is included in your stay for 2 set times a day but other than that I truly have no notes. Best experience of my entire 2 week trip to Greece. I will remember my stay for the rest of my life and I cannot wait to return. A resounding THANK YOU to the staff that made my birthday trip one to remember. Best. Hotel. Ever.

Beautiful hotel, nice rooms, spectacular views, excellent service

El lugar es increible !!! Al despertar la vista que tienes es lo maximo. Luego bajas y tienes un desayuno divino con una vista unica, el staff es super amigable de Verdad lo recomiendo mucho

Exceptional service. The nicest staff you will ever meet. Only three complaints for an entire week. 1. There’s 10 parking spots for 50+ rooms. Most of the time they will move cars, but it’s definitely something you will have to consider when booking. We had to wait 30 minutes across the street for someone to leave. The second was there was no hot water at first. Had to have them turn it on. Third was the hot tubs gets get pretty dirty and does not run hot-hot. Just warm. Other than that, we can not complain about anything. Would love to stay here again.

The view was magnificent and the staff were marvelous. It was our anniversary and my husband’s birthday and they gifted us a massage which was a beautiful surprise. The staff always went out of their way to help Us and the Manager Vicky was so warm and inviting. We can’t wait to go back. If u are looking for an incredible view with a warm and friendly environment then this is the place. We LOVED our stay…. Thank u

Superb Interior but bad plumbing works, flooded bath room. Complaint with a promise but no actual work done.

Ifest was a very nice place to stay for our quick trip to Santorini. We did need to get an ATV to get around as this hotel isn't in town near a bus stop or any cabs.It's great if you're looking for something affordable and aren't on your honeymoon or something where you'd prefer a resort. The staff were very helpful to us and kind and they provide a delivered boxed breakfast with fresh juice every morning.

Amazing room with new interior design, everything are perfects. The host Defty also very helpful.
