Accessibility to facility was not that easy but once we got the code to get on, room was clean and comfortable there was no staff on the premises.

Gut No mention on hotels .com that it’s a converted flat. 2 bathrooms are not enough for the number of guests that can stay. One shower was either far too hot or clap cold, the other only did cold. The heating was in full with no way of turning it down. Thus had to have the window open on a sketchy homemade bracket. But you could shut the curtains as the net curtain was on the same pole. And if you closed the shutter the window may as well not be open. No information was ever sent in regards to entering the building and the address on hotels.com has you on the other side of the road. Not that there are any signs or anything outside to locate it by.
That being said, the rooms were clean and well presented and the beds were comfy

More could have been done by the property owners before our arrival to clarify how to get in to the property as it doesn’t have a reception desk - we didn’t receive any correspondence before arrival in relation to this, and only managed to gain access to the property as someone else was leaving

Unterdurchschnittlich No tv, shared shower rooms, so loud with people coming in and out of their rooms early in the morning to use the bathroom. Could not sleep. Would not recommend.

The room was okay once you get there, but getting there was the worse. Late and unclear communication, I looked for the place going up and down Bernard Terrace for more than 30 minutes. I finally got in touch with the facility, and was given instruction on how to enter the building, between the entry of the building and the room, it did not appear as if it was residential. Dark and dingy hallway and stairs, it was unbelievable!

Read carefully! Shared bathrooms. There are 2 but only one shower works. The drains are clogged and are slow to drain leaving you standing in a pool of water. The entrance is dark and dirty and climb up stairs.
