It was nice to be inside a locked garage and A secure building.
The apartment was big neat and comfortable. The door to the balcony wouldn’t lock, I think the door was swelled from the heat.
The apartment could have been cleaner for my liking. I like things as clean as my own home.
There was some chaos outside as we left for our event the first morning, we don’t know if it had to do with people inside the building. But as we left there were 8 cop cars and people yelling in the street while someone carried a couch to the curb that was still there when we left.
There was water under the sink as I made them aware as I was going to run the dishwasher but let them know why I was not going to run it so as to not leave the place a mess.
Someone always answered our text and our phone calls. We appreciate the level of communication.
Getting into the building and your position was like a treasure hunt, but, again nothing I couldn’t navigate through.
There was no place for us to eat in this area upon return in the evenings. That wasn’t a great thing for us, but the first evening as we walked outside there was a very nice young gentleman that walked with us for a few blocks to a place, where we had food as the kitchen was closing at 10pm.
The rest of the time we made sure we ate closer to Brownsville as we were there for the US Nationals. Thank you for the availability of the property.

Nice apartment located near downtown. We enjoyed our stay. The property is very secure.
