Check in is a terrible nightmare. Absolutely zero staff on location, so have fun with the WhatsApp contact if you have issues. Be aware that it might turn you crazy. Room was clean but hot. We had a fan. Kitchen was ok but we never used it besides storing some booze in the fridge. Good location close presidential palace and 15 min walk to old town.

Huge kitchen, refrigerator, stove, microwave, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, and recreation area are all organized and clean. Staff very helpful. Take bus #40 or #44 down to old town.
