The Thames Hotel (Uno Hotel Thames)

The room was great, the balcony looking over the thames was a real nice touch. Food was street style and was really nice. The issues I had was the WiFi didn't work and being away for business this effected my work. I got the upgraded room and the room was very nice, but being above the bar and the bar not closing untill what was said 1am but actually 2am by the time people left, meant I didn't get much sleep. Just be careful in what room your getting and if your expecting a good night's sleep and if your away for work do not rely on there WiFi

For a hotel boasting it is refurbished and new, this was terrible. The service was non-existent. The restaurant is a burger van with food served in a foil tray. But I was not advised how to go about getting food whilst I sat at the table with a full ashtray. I left at this point to eat somewhere local. The TV in my room was not set up and even after scanning for channels nothing came up, so had to give up. Wi-Fi was available but not given the password. There is more that was not right but I will not be staying here again even as an emergency like this was.

It's was the hottest day of the year and the towel radiator was on full blast. There's were no valves with handles to turn it off, they where small ball valves that required a small flat head screw driver, which obviously I don't carry those around in my travel bag. I went down to report it the staff, who initially asked didn't I want my towels warm, which in 36 degree heat was a piss take. He said he would go and turn the rad off. I went out for dinner, came back later that evening and it was still on blasting heat out! So not great customer service. Other than that the hotel was ok.

OK hotel, unfortunately at the time I stayed the hot water wasn’t working in my room and next to no water pressure, so lukewarm dribble shower. Room also is pretty small, 2 people would struggle in there.

l'hotel da poco "rinnovato" presenta davvero lacune basiche. Camere decenti, ma piccole. La doccia piccola e senza (o pochissima acqua calda!) TV presente in camere ma senza telecomando, e non si riusciva ad operare. Colazione BASICA.
