I couldn’t sleep half of the night child kept crying or yelling every 15 minutes. Parents need to have control over their children when staying at hotels, yelling, screaming
and making noise is disruptive to people who go to the hotel to get a peaceful get-away.

The rooms are clean. No closet. No coffee machine.
The hotel is good if you just want a relaxation. Good A/C. Good staffs

The lobby wreaked of Marijuana. We got in our room and there were hair and crumbs in the bed, mold in the restroom, and the lock on the door just spun around. We contacted Hotel.com customer service and they were also not helpful. Front desk pretty much just told us to contact upper management to get a refund. Hotel.com was told a refund was refused because they would never tolerate such room. I'm speechless. Don't stay here.
