When I checked in I was told they were giving me a complementary upgrade to a suite I was surprised. The room was amazing everything was brand new, I was told this hotel was newly built from an office building it was so well done. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the free breakfast was also amazing. The location is very good, only one block to the Bow River great walking and cycling trail. It’s only a few blocks to the LRT.

Staff members were very helpful from receptionist to the valet staff. Check-in was fast and efficient. The room and the bathroom were clean and spacious. It is walkable to the river.

Loved our experience and location. Wander coffee shop and staff were amazing. Would have been extremely helpful to know that valet is the only option. We spent 30 minutes trying to find parking and then dragging our luggage over. There wasn’t enough or appropriate bedding for the pullout couch even though I booked for 3 people

Fantastisch
Our room was a very nice with 3 rooms plus the bathroom. Very clean and comfortable. The hostess at breakfast was helpful as she guided us through the layout of the food set up. Check out was quick and easy.
