Fantastisch
Perfect hotel. Loved the location, great pool. Room was large and comfortable. Also enjoyed the breakfast. Excellent staff who were very responsive and friendly.

My brother’s car was one of at least 3 cars to have its window broken and car broken into in the parking lot this week alone. Other hotels in the area have security guards in their parking lots. This hotel doesn’t. Other hotels have signs to alert you that St. John’s has a high rate of car break ins. This hotel doesn’t. Staff went to clean the glass before my brother even found out his window was broken. The police came as there was blood on his vehicle and around the ground near it. And they told us that they have repeat offenders! Obviously it’s not the hotel’s fault but a heads up would have been nice.

My only issue had nothing to do with the property, but I found out that Rogers (who is my carrier in Ontario) doesn't have a lot of coverage in Newfoundland AND even though I had coverage in St. John's and in the lobby area of the hotel, it seemed that it didn't extend to the floor I was staying on, or for most of my 2 week journey.

This is a great place to stay! Staff is great as always and the hotel itself is clean and beautiful! Close to downtown it’s very walkable.

Breakfast not included. Cleaning staff does a perfect job. Flawless. A lot of panhandling outside the hotel and uncomfortable for young families.
