If I could give this hotel a 10 !!! out of 5 for beauty, I would. The property is stunning, the room was lovely, the views were incredible everywhere you looked, the pool was serene, the restaurant terrace was gorgeous …everything. With such a magical setting and so much beauty everywhere you looked, it was surprising to feel a bit off. This was not just us, several of the guests were upset about the quality of service. There is no anticipation of needs by the staff, no feeling that they are there to make sure your stay is the very best it can be. The level of service did not match the beauty or price. It felt very “self serve” and we had to ask for everything. That being said, the morning restaurant manager and staff were very attentive and kind. Again, it was a confusing stay…..stunningly beautiful, relaxing and quiet, but I am just not sure we would stay there again.
