We stayed in the four-person suite which was two adjoining rooms on the 3rd floor. The hotel is lovely - the beds are big and comfortable. The shower had the best water pressure and h to e hotel is very clean. The best part is that all the front desk staff spoke perfect English and were incredibly kind and helpful. They let us store bags early in the morning. The breakfasts were delicious. The only downside is that the Saints Party going on for the month of a June outside the hotel played very loud music until 1 a.m. the festival adds color to the neighborhood and there’s nothing the hotel can do about the noise but it was really, really loud.

Well located, friendly staff - especially Laura on check in - and high quality furnishings and rooms. The rooms on the first floor suffer from sound pollution from the GF lobby. Breakfast was continental, and coffee is pods from a machine so worth heading out.

Well located hotel in Lisbon. Laura from reception really made our stay great and was very helpful. We rarely eat hotel breakfast, but Casa Teva’s breakfast is wonderful. The beds and pillows at the hotel are also top notch! Would stay here again.

A warm welcome when arrived, clean room, very modern facilities couldn’t ask for anything better for our short stay. Staff gave us tips on where to eat and visit which was most appreciated. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Lisbon, right in the heart of the city. ❤️

Most of the reception staff were lovely. Some people might not like having to bend down in the rooms with a slanted ceiling. A good location although be prepared for the hill.
The tea/coffee in the room are only espresso coffee or earl grey tea, no milk or other options but I did not ask reception for more choice. The breakfast could do with more variation but nice having bucks fizz. Tried the afternoon tea but was told there was no milk until the next morning, there's a supermarket a few doors away and the cake was the same cake offered at breakfast for two days!
