Gut Hidden fees for “amenities “ for $185 I got an extra roll of toilet paper. Parking is super expensive on site but you won’t find it anywhere else so there’s another $280 (5 days) to tag onto what you paid for the room.

I really wanted to enjoy our stay, but unfortunately this was the most disappointing part of our Hawaii vacation.
The first challenge was simply finding the property. Check-in was supposed to be at 3:00p, but our room wasn't ready until around 4:30p. Because of the delay, we missed our dinner reservation, which was frustrating after planning our evening.
The parking situation was also confusing. It required multiple elevators and was difficult to navigate, especially when unloading luggage.
On our second night, we decided to stay in and cook dinner since we booked a unit with a kitchen. When we went to use it, we discovered the kitchen sink was completely clogged. Maintenance responded quickly and worked on it for about an hour, but ultimately couldn't fix the issue and told us a plumber would need to come the following day. Unfortunately, we were checking out the next morning, so we had to prepare dinner late and use the bathroom sink for water and cleanup. It was a major inconvenience.
The amenities were also disappointing. The pool was dirty, and the hot tub wasn't even hot.
The one bright spot was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely tried to help. None of these issues were their fault, and I appreciate their efforts.
Overall, the property itself did not meet our expectations. Between the delayed check-in, missed dinner plans, plumbing problems, parking difficulties, and disappointing amenities. I hope the owner sees this!

First of all there were ROACHES we were told that it had been exterminated a week before we arrived the following week still ROACHES running me I killed 4 my husband killed one me Three or 4 got away. The kitchen area by the microwave smelled like urine. The washer leaked me The tub was badly stained.Pictures my fell in off the wall one larger picture had been glued previously it broke in the same spot. The smoke detector was not screwed into the wall they used stickies it fell off the wall.The bed mattress to was almost on the floor. You had to empty your own trash if you were not staying 7days you had to pay $20.00 to have linen changed. There was 1 mini ice tray no ice bucket. The molding around the baseboard had not been dusted in months. The bath tub was not conducent for seniors or people with disability. We were very disappointed stay there at your own risk we would not recommend. We are staying at my another hotel that I booked myself less so call upscale but 100percent better. Very homely. I will not use Expedia or recommend their services to any friends or family.

Holulu has a very good bus service TheBus. Especially, if you use HOLO card, senior HOLO card, it ís very cost effective. Bishop Suite is located in very well to use TheBus.
Also, I found this time Google Map is very helpful to use TheBus effectively.
I had a very good time in Honolulu living in Bishop Suite using TheBus.
