Fantastisch Petit hôtel bien sympathique dans la vieille ville à deux pas de la synagogue. Le personnel était très poli et les serviettes changées tous les jours. J’ai particulièrement apprécié le petit déjeuner car il me rappelait la Russie (légumes, porridge, thé, blintchiki, charcuterie cuite, etc).
Le prix est correct.

Room is clean, staff was good. But breakfast is not good. None of them was fresh. You can leave your luggage after check out. You can do late check in. The Hotel was near to city center by walking 5 min.

This hotel has a perfect location in the old town, close to most of the tourist stuff. Friendly LOCAL staff! The breakfast bouffet was ok, but since I stayed more than a week, I wanted more variation after a few days. Its ok for a 3 day stay.
I would hate to see hotels like this go into the hands of indian or chinese owners! It would be great if the tourist industry would stay in thd hands of friendly Georgians, who knows the city and the culture.

No elevator, bad smell in the rooms, leaking ceiling in bathroom, breakfast had no basic products like butter and eggs, tv not working, frige not working, moving titles in the bathroom and more.

Really bare-bones effort and amenities at Hotel Zp. Great location if you want to explore the old city, but quality was approaching that of a hostel. cheap furniture, broken safe, missing basic touches like a shelf in the shower for toiletries. The housekeeper had made the bed with a sheet of paper accidentally placed under the bottom sheet which was bizarre; they never touched up the room during my stay. Walls were very thin and you could hear conversation-level voices in other rooms. Cost was low fortunately, but next time I'd rather pay more for a more comfortable stay.

Amazing value for the money. I had a really nice room with an outstanding bed, my own balcony and an amazing view of the city.
