Was a rigmarole to get a room when finally got keys to room it wasn’t even cleaned from previous guests. Had to call John he got us another room which wasn’t what we asked for no spa bath etc. no soap in shower and no flannels. Tv in bedroom was damaged remote didn’t work curtains were a shambles no privacy in the lounge with blinds. The car parking was ridiculous all round worst experience ever will not be returning or recommending to anyone.

Car parking was terrible, it was so tight to get to the assigned park. Room is very dated. Shutters falling off hinges. So couldn’t block out light or rooms next door looking in No window in 2nd bedroom. No dining table Can only see obstructed water view from the balcony and bedroom window, not living room Shower over spa, not suitable for older guests as spa is very deep Construction site in front of balcony, had to have to door shut to minimise noise Great location

Good location, room was on the lower floor next to busy footpath. Parking was tight.

Apartment not as described No Bay view it was a park view if you lent over the balcony you could glimpse water through the trees just A very tired unit that needs updating Bathroom bench top completely cracked and not safe Check in was supposed to be three pm and we didn’t get in until after 5 as cleaners were working hard to get everything done Not worth paying extra for this unit like we did So many better places to stay at the waterfront at a better rate We were both very disappointed

More a 3.5 star. Great location. Being serviced apartment entry not simple. Room could have been cleaner and needed quite alot of maintenance. Was overdue for makeover.

Excellent staff the lady who met us with the key very friendly shows everything we need to know

The room was clean close to everything. Parked the car in the secure parking and walked everywhere. Close to shops, restaurants and beach.

It’s a bigger apartment, but it needs some work. Tap was leaking benches have cracks in them. The bathtub needs some attention. It wasn’t left overly clean but I think that’s more the age of everything than the cleanliness.

John, the owner was particularly helpful and responsive. We enjoyed the stay and will be back. Cheers

This was a most disappointing stay. The venue was nothing like the photos and things were dilapidated and broken. On the street, not bay view as booked Broken bathroom cabinet. Very Large piece of marble broken off the corner. Lots of spiders. Offers of spraying them. Unclean Worn Air-conditioner didn’t work without standing on chair so no heating in mid winter. No remote. No Wi-Fi. wasn’t working at all No spa or pool as advertised. Noisy Broken things. Excuse was that the Manager was away Moved to a completely different location after first night. Really inconvenient with disability. See through curtains onto street. not opaque Signal is not working for most TV Station. Atrocious Shower.Taps went from very hot to very cold all through. Cold Tap running. Didn’t turn off properly. We would definitely not recommend that anyone stay in this place. You are definitely not getting what was advertised or what you paid for.
