På grund af det flinke og venlige personale, vælger vi at give 4 stjerner i stedet for kun 3.
Stedet er ikke nyt længere.
Der er en bar, men uden mulighed for at sælge cocktails.
Fint men begrænset menukort. Meget fordelagtige priser på mad/drikke 🙂
Begrænset udvalg af drikkevarer i restaurant.
Værelser mod hovedindgangen er med meget støj fra vejen.
Poolen virkede grumset, og filter system så ikke ud til at være i drift…
Vi kunne dog godt komme igen en anden gang 🙂

The staff struggled to find my reservation then told me our room was occupied and we need to pick a different room. rooms were not ready during their check in time. we found cockroaches and large spiders in the room when we finally got in. we left immediately.

Room was clean and spacious. Be prepared for lots of steps but to a great Pool Dining area. Not a lot of guests when I was there which was suprising.
Staff were great and wonderful in organizing transport and activities.
Highly recommend especially if you want privacy and pool area to relax.

The resort really lived up to their name as their concierge is literally 24/7. We had a late check-in around midnight and they were able to accommodate us. It has a nice view and is very well maintained. I also like that they have their own little restaurant and the price is just right compared to the neighboring restos that are often overpriced. It is also very close to the whale shark viewing location.

Location was good, just along the highway with an elevated view of the sea. Nice pol with the view of the sea.
Take note though that if you are at the lower level rooms, it's a walk up to the beautiful view of the sea, pool area, restaurant, and bar.

Pictures look way better than property. Private beach is just a beach across the street that's not much of a beach. Front desk guy would only give one key card so when you're not interview nothing charges and the AC was not going when we got there. I get trying to conserve power but we walked into the room and we had to fool the room down before it was even convenient to stay in there. The power for the room needed a key card so if we left our key card that means we couldn't get in the room except with the help of front desk using MasterCard. The front desk guy did not want to accommodate an extra card to keep the power on so our devices can charge after our 3-hour trip down there from Cebu City. We went to go eat at the property and ordered lumpia which was great but my fiance ordered the curry chicken and it was not cooked all the way through. We asked the lady to cook it longer and it was still served back to us raw in some places. The sleep was not that great because it was right next to the main road and you can hear everything. Was contemplating staying there an additional night before running into this issue. So we just continued on our trip and booked somewhere else. It served its purpose I guess but definitely would not recommend or stay there again. Aside from the front desk guy the rest of the staff was very nice and polite not to take away anything good about them. Would definitely reconsider having that guy at the front desk as for customer service purposes
