Great experience…the concierge was a true asset and was able to secure tickets (at a discount) and made great recommendations. You cannot beat the location. And staying in such a historic building is wonderful. Super close and walkable to all the sites!

There was no soda machine of any kind for water or anything. Hard to find the hotel , no sign other than written small on the door and a large garbage bin in front so I couldn’t even see the door so drove around it twice looking for it

Basic but clean hotel. Rooms are not cleaned during your stay. You have to request towels and toilet paper to be changed/ restocked.

The front of desk was excellent, however the
Concierge was not helpful and did not go out their way to help to secure a tour for me. I had to spend quite a few hours sorting myself. Was very frustrating! The room was comfy albeit a little tored looking. No utensils or glassesavailable to use.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The building is an old building that has been renovated well. The room was quiet. The hotel is located around the corner from Printers Alley and within walking distance of Broadway.
